   Admission Rules & Fee structure

General Rules
Those who have completed Plus-2 or any other equivalent course can join B A/BSc program. Whoever has acquired higher degree cannot join lower courses. But those who have completed degree from professional colleges can join BA/BSc. Those who have completed a course either here or outside will not be allowed to join the same course with the same subjects again. Students will not be allowed to do two courses at a time. Those who have passed degree or postgraduate examination can take an additional course in new subjects in two or one year respectively.

Rank list and admission

The rank lists will contain (1) The list of the candidates provisionally selected for the admission (2) The list of the candidates who may try their chance for admission (3) The date and time of interview. Every chance list should contain at least thrice the number of the existing vacancies.
The rank list shall be prepared quota-wise i.e. merit quota, SC /ST/ SEBC quota and special categories (physically handicapped etc). The university and the government orders relating to the reservation of seats for SC /ST/SEBC, sports physically handicapped etc will be strictly followed. The university and the Government orders will be strictly followed in the publication of the rank lists, for the despatch of interview cards and for admission
The vacancies arising even after the third round will be notified on the college notice board with time schedule for submitting the requests by applicant and application of lists. Those among the applicants, who failed to secure admission in the college, shall be directed to give their names and other relevant details on a date to be fixed by the Principal. From among such applicants selection will be made, rank list will be prepared and admission will be conducted on the date to be fixed by the Principal. Interview cards shall not be issued for this final round of admission. Admission to a particular course shall be closed on the date specified by the university.

Preparation of Rank list
A selection committee shall prepare the rank list. There shall be a selection committee for every subject for which admission is sought. The Principal shall be the Chairperson and the Head of Department of the concerned subject a member. The concerned index shall be prepared as per rules.The ranking of marks will be generally the total marks for the concerned subject plus weightage marks plus bonus marks minus handicap marks.
